Smart Cars become Art Cars

I regularly extol the parking virtues of a small Ka. So when walking to the end of Anne street I saw a smart Car parked across the road, Quayside. I was struck by the thought ‘Now! that is a really small car’. Starting a train of thought which was later revisited when I found this car mod or rather smart car tank.
