November Snow – That’s new

For many the first few hours of snow in Wexford Town is an event, indeed this year it eclipses the SciFi festival WexWorlds. So close to the Sea, a hint of the gulf stream and mainland Europe we’re rather shielded from heavy snows.
 .
Snow arrives and a few hours later it melts with showers transforming into various types of snow little beads, hail, light large flakes etc. then rain followed by heavy frosts by night.

While it Snows the white stuff perches in places it will quickly melt from later.

Some might suggest this was 'shutting the stable door after the horse has bolted' but it was ordered before today.

This is cruelty to statues

topping off : Cow and gate received a face lift over the summer. it soared brightly over the town. They repainted it again to blend with the skyline.
