ODearest – Stains

I would like to identify how some marks that have appeared on my mattress have come from.

I purchased the 4-021 OD SF Posture firm DELUX Matt, size: 4’0″ x 6’3″, Deep Quilted. I was told it was an end of the line product. The mattress was purchased at Michael Murphy – Home Furnishings on the 18/08/2022 14:50:28, Customer Code/ Name: WX-C00004141/ Ni Dhubhghaill Deirdre

Mid September when I collected the mattress A member of Michael Murphys staff a dark haired lady overseeing the mattress transfer oddly said If the mattress discolours it is not our fault. there was a light mist falling outside. It was not wet. I asked what did she mean? I added that if the mattress did change colour, I would be in touch.

This July I had work done & moved the mattress to the vertical on it’s end. Main work done & the mattress still vertical I moved the mattress & base. About a week this stain began to appear on three sides around one corner. Over the weeks the stains have gotten darker. Can you identify these stains & how they are occurring?

What can I use to clean the stain safely. this mattress was firm but not too firm, comfortable.
