Terms & Conditions

The absolute deadline must be clearly stated.
The designer requires final copy before design development & modification of chosen solution.
Final checking of artwork before work goes to print or on line is the responsibility of the client. (This includes spellings)
Final checking of print proofs is the responsibility of the client.

Three weeks should be allowed for printing
The printer/ illustrator/ photographer/ third party developers etc will invoice the client directly.

An invoice will be issued at the first meeting (concept fee)
33% of design fee is required before design work will begin (concept fee non refundable)

(no credit – work will not leave the hands of the designer without prior payment unless discussed otherwise )
Additional work will be charged separately.

Where job values exceeds € 500, 33% – 60% of fee, advance payment before job commences.
50% of remaining amount at the approval the of design & final payment when the job has gone to production/ live.
If large Job is to spread over an extended time period a fixed sum of money at regular intervals may be agreed .
In the event of all solutions being rejected the advance will be retained by the designer (33% of Design fee)
Design is the sole property of the designer until fees are paid in full.

Statement will follow 10 days after designers invoice unless requested otherwise .
If for any reason the job is not to be completed the designer must be informed in writing.

The designer will require 6 examples of the finished, printed work or allowed to link to live web site

Alterations to the above terms & conditions can occur by discussion & agreement between designer and customer.
